Growing from two employees at inception to 11 currently, we are a small family business that believes in exceptional performance at a fair price. Bill's Carpet Care has 11 national certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification (IICRC). All of our technicians are certified as well, making Bill's Carpet Care the most credentialed carpet cleaning firm in Tallahassee.
Our employees are hand chosen, trained from Apprentice to Master Cleaner status, are drug free, and have an average of 5 years employment at Bill's. The certification process is a long and expensive journey, but we believe our 
education is what separates us from our competitors by putting only the best, motivated, and educated technicians in our customers' homes.
